**OVERVIEW**

A unique opportunity to **live onsite** at STUDIOS 94 — a five-floor creative building in central Chiang Mai — while immersing yourself in your personal or professional creative practice. Open to multidisciplinary creatives who value independence, inspiration, and community.

**PROGRAM DESCRIPTION**The **Creative Living Residency** is ideal for **digital artists, writers, poets, designers, illustrators, researchers**, and creative entrepreneurs who work primarily from a laptop, sketchbook, or other portable materials.

You’ll stay in a **private bedroom onsite** and enjoy access to all shared spaces — including a **coworking area**, **kitchen**, **lounge**, **rooftop**, **gallery**, and **workshop rooms**. STUDIOS 94 is located right next to a large art supply store in the creative heart of Chiang Mai.

This residency offers a flexible, self-led environment with support when you need it and space when you don’t. Whether you're starting a new idea, editing a manuscript, or recharging your creative energy, this program offers the perfect balance between productivity and peace.

We accept **up to three residents per month**, maintaining a **focused, community-driven atmosphere**. Start dates are flexible, with a minimum stay of **1 month** and maximum of **3 months**.

**FEES**

* **Residency Fee**: 42,000 THB / month

* (\~ €1,122.64 EUR / $1,268.88 USD)

* **Deposit**: 1-month deposit required to confirm

* (returned within 14 days of checkout if no damage or outstanding fees)

**Deposit Policy:**

The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

**WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED**

* Studio or dedicated workspace (this is a living-focused residency)

* Art materials, tools, or creative equipment

* Meals or food

* Travel expenses or visa support

* Private room cleaning (residents maintain their own rooms)

* Personal, health, or artwork insurance

**ELIGIBILITY**

* Open to international and Thai creatives of all backgrounds

* You must be respectful of the shared living space and studio guidelines

* Ideal for remote creatives, writers, artists, content creators, and solo workers
