About This Opportunity

Prehistoric LAB offers two **Supported Residencies** where fees are waived for selected practitioners:

* **1 November – 1 December 2025 (Deadline to apply is October 01!)**

* **10 February – 10 March 2026**

Residencies are **self-directed**: you shape your own time, projects, and process. We do, however, ask that supported residents contribute a **trace of their work**, such as a text, reflection, sound or video piece, archive fragment, or informal talk/presentation. This contribution becomes part of the LAB’s ongoing dialogue.

In addition, residents may request access to a **modest production budget** to support the realization of a project during their stay (for materials, equipment, collaborations, etc.). Budget support is limited and awarded on a case-by-case basis.

_Please note:_ In addition to the Supported Residencies listed above, prehistoricsoul LAB also offers **self-funded residencies** throughout the year.
