About This Opportunity
Since 40 years the Ballett Gesellschaft Hannover organize the International Competition for Choreographers Hanover. 1\. **Professional Training** * Applicants **must have a professional education in choreography or dance**. This ensures participants have formal training in their field. 2\. **Age Limit** * Choreographers must be **39 years old or younger**. 3\. **Style and Artistic Freedom** * The competition is open to **any style**. There are no restrictions on genre—evaluation focuses solely on: * **Imaginative use of space and time** * **Realization of an idea** * **Expression through the performers** 4\. **Choreography Duration** * Submitted works must be between **5 and 12 minutes long**. 5\. **Solo Works** * If the piece is a _solo‑ballet_, **it must not be performed by the choreographer themselves**.
