Text & Image: At the Edge of Language and Vision

SPACE776 is pleased to announce an open call for three contemporary artists to participate in the upcoming group exhibition “Text & Image: At the Edge of Language and Vision,” which will be presented alongside works by Andy Warhol(1928-1987), Frédéric Bruly Bouabré(1923-2014) and Jungmyung Kim(1945\~, )

**Exhibition Theme:**

Text & Image: At the Edge of Language and Vision

This exhibition explores how visual artists have long negotiated the unstable space between language and image, from Warhol’s ‘WILD RASPBERRIES’ COOKBOOK series, Bouabré’s Alphabet ‘BETE’, and Kim’s image editing book edition.

We invite artists whose work actively engages with text as material, message, or metaphor, and who interrogate the visual structure of language or the linguistic potential of imagery.
